US Soccer Grassroots Coach Licensing Courses in the MAYSA District
Through it’s Grassroots Coach Training/Licensing courses, U.S. Soccer is committed to providing all coaches, from beginner to advanced, with education tailored to their experiences and the needs of their players. The Coaching License Pathway consists of a series of courses designed to meet the specific needs of a coach at every step of the way. U.S. Soccer believes education is a journey, and their goal is to provide the necessary tools, guidance, and mentorship a coach requires along their way.
Registration Fees for these courses are reimbursable by RVSA so are free for current coaches.
9v9 and 11v11 courses include a weekday evening 2 hour virtual classroom, followed by a 2 hour weekend in-person session.
To be eligible to register for either course, first complete the brief (20 minute) Introduction To Grassroots Coaching. It is free and is a good place to start for any new coaches, whether you register for other courses or not.
