Wisconsin Youth Soccer League Y1 & Y2 Courses
(New Coaches Start Here)
This is the place to start. The WYSA Youth (Y1 & Y2) courses are a perfect introduction to coaching for parents that want to start coaching their first team, or want to add to their coaching skills after a season or two. Y1 is a great place to start for coaches at any level that have never had any coaching training. Y2 builds on the concepts of Y1, with a focus on slightly older players, but can be helpful coaching all age groups.
US Soccer Grassroots Coach Licensing Courses
The Y1 and Y2 Courses are the best place to startyour coach training. Grassroots courses will then help coaches at all levels refine and expand their coaching skills in order to continue to challenge, inspire and expand the skills of their continually maturing players.
